Runners is a delivery marketplace: merchants post orders, couriers send offers, merchants choose. Every step is visible in the app.
How Runners works
1. Post the order
Enter pickup and drop-off addresses, the cash to collect for COD orders, and the goods value. Or paste the customer's message or screenshot and review what the app fills in.
2. Pick a pricing mode
The app suggests a delivery price from distance and goods value. Choose from courier offers yourself, or turn on auto-accept for any offer at or below your price.
3. Compare offers and choose
Each offer shows its price and the courier's rating. Once you choose, the other offers close.
4. The courier backs the order and picks up
Before pickup, the full order value is reserved from the courier's wallet. Then they collect from you and the order shows as on its way.
5. Delivery and collection
When the customer receives it, the collected cash lands in your wallet automatically, ready to withdraw.

How is the price set?
- No single price imposed on every order: the suggested price is based on the distance between pickup and drop-off and the goods value.
- You decide: pick from the offers yourself, or auto-accept any offer at or below your price.
- Offers have a minimum and maximum so they stay fair for both sides.
