The service

Runners is a platform connecting merchants with independent couriers. Merchants post delivery orders, couriers send offers, and merchants choose.

Your account

Your details must be accurate and you are responsible for activity on your account. Couriers must complete identity verification before working.

Orders and prices

The delivery price is either a fixed price set by the merchant or a courier offer accepted by the merchant, within the minimum and maximum the platform sets. Commissions and fees are shown in the app.

Collection and wallet

For cash-on-delivery orders, the order value is reserved from the courier's wallet before pickup and transferred to the merchant's wallet after delivery is confirmed. Withdrawals go to the account or wallet the user specifies and may carry a fee shown before confirming.

Returns

If an order isn't delivered, it is returned to the merchant according to its status in the app, and the return cost is shown in the app.

Prohibited use

Shipping anything illegal under Egyptian law, or using the platform for fraud or abuse of any user, is prohibited. Runners may suspend any account that breaches these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with its update date.
