Who we are
Runners is a platform that connects merchants with couriers for order delivery in Egypt, through the Runners app and runnersegy.com.
Data we collect
Account data (name, mobile number, email), identity verification data for couriers (ID images and a selfie), order data (pickup and drop-off addresses, recipient name and number, amount to collect), couriers' location while working, wallet and transaction data, and device data needed for notifications. If you use the website form: name, number, store name, monthly orders and governorate.
How we use it
To run and deliver orders, verify identity and prevent fraud, settle money and withdrawals, contact you about your account or request, and improve the service.
Who we share it with
We share the order data needed with the courier you choose, and with service providers we rely on to operate (hosting, SMS, payment and payout gateways, maps). We do not sell your data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, API keys are stored hashed, and internal access is limited by role.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account in the app or by emailing info@runnersegy.com.
