Shopify
Connect your store once. Every new order is created on Runners with your default pickup address, either at a fixed price that's accepted automatically or open to courier offers. If an order can't be created, it's flagged for you to review instead of getting lost.
Merchant API
Generate API keys in the app and connect your system: create and update orders, track their status, and get shipping cost quotes and delivery zones. Keys are stored hashed.
WhatsApp & Messenger orders
Orders coming from customer chats collect in your inbound orders list, and you turn each into a delivery order with a tap.
Paste a message, get an order
Copy the customer's message or screenshot the chat, and the app extracts name, address and amount into the order for you to review before posting.
Batches and bulk labels
Group orders leaving the same pickup point into one batch with a single courier offer, and print all labels at once.
