How is the delivery price set?
When you post an order, the app suggests a delivery price based on distance. You can open it to offers so nearby couriers send their prices and you choose, or turn on auto-accept so any offer at or below your price is accepted for you.
When do I get my collected cash?
As soon as the order is confirmed delivered, the collected amount lands in your app wallet automatically. You can request a withdrawal to your bank account or mobile wallet.
What protects my goods and money?
Before a courier collects from you, the full order value is reserved from their Runners wallet. Every order that leaves you is covered by the courier's money until it's delivered.
What if the customer refuses or doesn't answer?
The order comes back to you with the courier, and the return status shows in the app.
Where do you deliver?
Most of our orders today are in Cairo and Giza. See the delivery areas page, and contact us if your area isn't listed.
Can I connect my Shopify store?
Yes. Connect once and every new Shopify order is created on Runners with the pickup address you choose, at a fixed price or open to offers.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Generate API keys in the app to create and track orders and get shipping cost quotes from your own system.
Can I send several orders at once?
Yes. Group orders leaving the same pickup point into one batch and print all their labels at once.
